Returns + Exchanges
Our goal is great customer satisfaction. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if a return or refund is required and we will notify you of the address to send your item back to. The below guidelines will always apply:
If your SHUSI item was received damaged or faulty then please send it back to us (within 14 days) with proof of purchase and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.
If you are unhappy with the size of your SHUSI item, please send it back to us (within 14 days) with proof of purchase and we will send you a different size depending on stock availability. If the exact item is not available in your desired size then we will offer you a choice in a different style. We recommend you see our sizing guide before you purchase as customers must pay for postage of the new item if there is a sizing issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please send the item back to us within 14 days with proof of purchase, in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs.
*All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.
Shipping + Handling
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your SHUSI item to be made, packaged and ready for dispatch within receiving your order. We will always endeavor to send your order ASAP wherever possible, however each item is handmade and made to order.
All items are sent with a tracking number where available.
If your items are back-ordered we will keep you updated as to delivery times along the way.
Shipping cost is shown at checkout
We currently offer standard shipping to Canada and Mexico. Please email us at email@example.com and we can, in most cases, organize a quote for delivery for other countries.
*Please note: orders shipped outside of the US can be subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
